Shootout involving two males near famous hot dog stand kills one, wounds the other on South Union Street, Chicago
An exchange of gunfire late Tuesday night, September 24, 2024 outside Jim’s Original, a popular hot dog stand in the Little Italy neighborhood near the University of Illinois Chicago, resulted one man was shot in the face and died, and a 19-year-old man injured.
A witness said the shooting was not connected to Jim's Original hot dog stand in any.
