Driver and passenger in a Chevy Tahoe ran from the scene, leaving a male and female adult to die in the rolled over Chevy Trailblazer. Police discovered the crash and captured the driver, but were unable to capture the passenger. Crash under investigation. A victim used an ATM on Lake Cook Road in Wheeling and was followed to her apartment on Dundee Road near Northgate Parkway in Wheeling. She was robbed in the apartment parking garage in a crime categorized as a Strong Arm robbery (she was pushed to the ground). Two offenders followed her in a dark Infinity SUV with no front license plate.
