A victim used an ATM on Lake Cook Road in Wheeling and was followed to her apartment on Dundee Road near Northgate Parkway in Wheeling. She was robbed in the apartment parking garage in a crime categorized as a Strong Arm robbery (she was pushed to the ground). Two offenders followed her in a dark Infinity SUV with no front license plate.
